How to solve the message: Time Zones Are Not Enabled, when using DataBridge

When you sign up for DataBridge, you might receive the message: We have detected that Time Zones are not enabled.

To successfully Import and Export your data, time zones support in SuperOffice needs to be turned on.

The SuperOffice CRM Admin user can turn this option on in the settings and maintenance menu.

  • Start SuperOffice CRM
  • Open the Settings & Maintenance menu
  • Go to Options > Time zones
  • Enable the time zones
