How do I rename an existing panel?

Solution

This can be done in the Panels portal or in the Settings & Maintenance menu of SuperOffice CRM.

Intended Audience

This article is intended for persons who are administrator for Panels and/ or SuperOffice CRM admin users.

How to

Rename the panel in the Panels portal:

1. Log into Panels
2. In the Panel overview select the panel you want to manage
3. Click on the Manage Panel button
4. The Panel settings will open. Change the name of the panel
5. Save when ready
6. SuperOffice needs to be refreshed to reflect the changes you have made. Click on the SuperOffice flush url 
   

Note: In the Panel overview you can also click the green Refresh SuperOffice button to refresh SuperOffice and immediately see that the unpublished panel is now removed from SuperOffice CRM

Rename the panel in SuperOffice Settings & Maintenance

• Start SuperOffice CRM
• Click the Main Menu button  and choose the option Settings and Maintenance.
• Choose Lists > GUI - Web Panel.
• Double-click the panel you want to rename.
• SuperOffice needs to be refreshed to reflect the changes you have made. 
  In the Panel overview you can click the green Refresh SuperOffice button to refresh SuperOffice and immediately see that the unpublished panel is now removed from SuperOffice CRM
