Overview

When creating a new profile in the Synchronizer for Microsoft 365 you have to connect to SuperOffice CRM Online and Microsoft 365.

How to

The error can happen if the organization admin has disabled user's ability to give consent, in Microsoft 365, to 3rd party apps like the Synchronizer.
Please contact your IT administrator to enable the user's ability to give consent to 3rd party apps.
