Number of licenses is not updated

The number of Synchronizer licenses is linked to the number of SuperOffice licenses, more information

If you change the number of licenses in SuperOffice this new amount of licenses will be applied in the Synchronizer also. But what if this does not happen?

How to

How do we retrieve, store and update the number of licenses:

  • In an active profile the user number is retrieved from SuperOffice and this is stored in the connection of the profile.

  • During housekeeping (running every 24 hours), in the last connection made, the number is compared with the license.

  • A process running in the background then compares this with our Billing & Subscription program and adjustments are made.

But if the last connection made is an empty profile then there can be an issue that we cannot update the new license number.

Since the last connection made had no working mappings (no linked users) it will not be updated.

The solution is to delete this empty profile. After the housekeeping has run (So within 24 hours) the license will be updated.
