Intended Audience
This article is intended for persons who are the administrator for Synchronizer
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites are required before you follow the steps below.
- A (demo) subscription of Synchronizer. Subscriptions are handled by SuperOffice, please contact your SuperOffice contact or partner. To sign up, follow this URL: Synchronizer registration
- A SuperOffice CRM login name with administrator rights
- A Microsoft 365 account
Note: Microsoft 365 Home, Personal and regular Business are not supported, as these plans do not have the Exchange Online component. Compare the Microsoft 365 Business plans here.
Configure Synchronizer
- Log into Synchronizer
- Create a profile. Click Manage > New Profile > Next
Note: A Sync Profile is a collection of settings and linked users who use the same email system. Usually, a company has 1 email system, and in such cases also one profile is needed. If a company has multiple email systems, like Microsoft 365 and a handful of Google Workspace users, then the company would need two profiles. - Name your new profile.
- Select the CRM system and Microsoft 365
- Connect to SuperOffice
Log in with your SuperOffice Credentials - Connect to Microsoft 365
Log in with your Microsoft 365 Credentials and accept the requested permissions - Click Next to continue the wizard
- Set the preferences for SuperOffice and Microsoft 365
- Click Next to continue the wizard
- Configure Time Zones and advanced settings
- Click Next to continue the wizard
- Link users
- Click Next to continue the wizard
- Start Synchronizing
