How to export Service Tickets

Overview

With DataBridge it is (starting from SuperOffice version 9.2 and higher) possible to export Service Tickets. This can be done by using a Selection based on tickets. Both Static and Dynamic selections are supported.

How to

First job is to create a new selection based on Service Tickets

Click Find > Find Requests

Next find the Service Request by setting search criteria. Click Find to see the results.

When you are satisfied with the result you can save the selection by clicking on Save as a Selection
Save the selection as a Dynamic or a Static selection

After saving you can go to DataBridge and create a new Export Profile

In the configuration wizard, on the Configure Source page, you can now select your Selection and customize the fields you want to export.
