Release 107 (30-10-2024)
Improvements
- Simplified the authentication flow for end-users.
- End-users will now receive a personalized notification in SuperOffice
- When a new user is linked, the user will receive a welcome banner in SuperOffice in order to set up their Synchronizer.
- When credentials have expired or become invalid, the user will receive a banner in SuperOffice asking to reauthenticate.
- Notifications are scheduled to users every day, and will keep reccuring for 60 days.
- The language in which these notifications are sent can be adjusted on the 'Link Users' page per profile.
- When the authentication flow is completed, notifications are automatically cleared in SuperOffice.
- Onsite users will not receive notifications in SuperOffice.
- Adjusted the email templates to be in line with the new authentication flow.
- Adjusted the login landing page for end-users for improved user experience.
- Users can click on the knowledge base icons in every language explaining them why authentication/reauthentication is necessary.
Bug fix
- Fixed a bug where appointments would be deleted when dragging tasks to the calendar in SuperOffice.

- Introduced new multi-language email system for emails that are sent to users. In addition to this, admins can now also customize a part of these email templates and preview them. These settings can be configured per profile and can be found on the 'Link Users' page.

- Added confirmation dialog to confirm sending the invalid credentials email from the 'Link Users' page.

Improvements
- The subscription page is now blocked for new customers, as subscriptions should be handled through SuperOffice.
- Existing customers that created a manual subscription will still be able to manage their subscription on the subscription page as usual.
- For new customers, a message indicating that SuperOffice or a SuperOffice partner should be contacted to create a subscription is now shown on the subscription page.
- Improved internal handling of mass appointment deletes done in SuperOffice through a combination of feature toggles.
Bug fix
- Fixed an issue where completed tasks synced from SuperOffice to Microsoft 365 ended up as incompleted.

Note: If customers do full updates on contact records everyday, the limit is 10.000 ttl records/housekeeping! - The Operation Center country list is not expanded yet, but it will not crash anymore when a country is missing/ unknown

- A safety mechanism has been built in to stop synchronization when customers become active again that does not have the "Calendar synchronizer active" setting enabled yet in SuperOffice, which is required for the new invites. << This situation can be recognized by support on the occurrence of the following "Other" error on mappings: "We are unable to determine if the required SuperOffice 'Diary synchronizer active' preference was properly set during configuration. To solve this please log in to the 'Customer Portal' and visit the 'Edit Preferences' (as a client) or 'Link Users' (as administrator) page, this will trigger the required checks."
- The portal is fully updated to the product name "Synchronizer for SuperOffice Online".
- The visibility of error messages in the portal has improved.

Note that this will only work if no person or company has been linked to the appointment or task in SuperOffice yet. - Changed the profile overview screen so it's easier to link new users to existing profiles instead of creating a new profile for it
